WHO CAN ENTER

This contest is open ONLY to the first 10 PARTICIPANTS in our Escorted Salsa Vacation to Cubadisco 2010 International Fair that takes place between May 14 and May 30, 2010.

The entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

Employees or affiliates of EasySalsa Dance.may not enter this contest

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

When you fill out the registration form for our Escorted Salsa Vacation to Cubadisco 2010 International Fair, your name will be automatically entered in the draw for a second free trip. If your name is drawn, this second freet trip may be given to your traveling partner or any person you chose who will accompany you on the Escorted Salsa Vacation to Cubadisco 2010 International Fair that departs on May 14, 2010.

Ensure that all the information is entered correctly including your full name, phone number and e-mail address.

PRIZE

One trip for one person to Havana, Cuba. Trip includes return airfare from either Vancouver or Toronto, 8 nights accommodation including breakfast in Havana at the 5-star Hotel Nacional De Cuba, transfers from Varadero airport to hotel and back, participation in the Cubadisco 2010 dance program - 18 hours of Salsa lessons with Cuban dance partner, 5 live concerts with transportation, panoramic tour of Havana, one-day excursion to Playas Del Este, Cuban entry visa and a dance program participation certificate. Taxes and gratuities are the responsibility of the winner.

PRIZE DRAW

The draw will take place on May 1, 2010 at approximately 12:00 PM (DST). The winning entry will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question, to be administered by telephone, and his/her entry has been verified by the management of EasySalsa Dance.

ELIGIBILITY

For an entry to be eligible for the free trip, the entrant must be one of the first ten fully paid participants in the Escorted Salsa Vacation to Cubadisco 2010 International Fair that takes place between May 14 and May 30, 2010. Eligibility will be determined by the management of EasySalsa Dance on the day of the draw.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The selected entrant will be notified by e-mail or phone within 24 hours following the draw. In the event that the potential winner is not eligible, cannot be contacted by EasySalsa Dance within 3 business days following the draw or does not correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question within the time limit, EasySalsa Dance shall have the right to disqualify that potential winner and to draw an alternate potential winner from all remaining eligible entries received and EasySalsa Dance and its representatives shall be fully and completely released and discharged from liability or responsibility in this regard.

CONTEST CONDITIONS

In order for this contest to be valid, there must be a minimum of 10 fully paid participants in the Escorted Salsa Vacation to Cubadisco 2010 International Fair that takes place between May 14 and May 30, 2010. In the event that this minimum is not met or if the trip is canceled, EasySalsa Dance reserves the right to cancel this contest and EasySalsa Dance and its representatives shall be fully and completely released and discharged from liability or responsibility in this regard.

The Prize applies only to the Escorted Salsa Vacation to Cubadisco 2010 International Fair that takes place between May 14 and May 30, 2010 and is not applicable to future planned vacations by EasySalsa Dance.
