- By joining,
each member agrees to opt in to our mailing list and to receiving
E-mail announcements from EasySalsa
Dance Co. and/or Salsa
Viva Productions for the purpose of promoting
Salsa events and/or classes. EasySalsa
Dance Co. guarantees
that your information will be kept confidential and will not
be disclosed, forwarded, shared or sold to any other party.
- When applicable, each member
will be automatically entered into our online draw for the monthly prizes, providing
that his/her membership is active and in good standings. He/she
will also be eligible to participate in any other draw or
contest that we happen to be offering at the time, providing
that the terms and conditions for that specific contest are met.
- Referrals
increase your chances to win. When a member refers a friend, who becomes
a new member, the referring member will receive two additional
entries in the monthly draw for each referral.
- Members are eligible for discounted admission to our weekly
events and to select special events where applicable..
- All entries
must have a valid E-mail address. Members without a valid E-mail
will have their membership privileges temporarily suspended
until such time when their e-mail address is updated. Also,
they will be disqualified and removed from any draw or contest,
and will no longer qualify for the reduced admission rate at
our events. If you provide us with a web-based e-mail address,
such as Hotmail, Yahoo, or Excite, it is in your best interest
to ensure that your account remains active and below storage
quota and that our e-mail are not blocked. Otherwise, you will be automatically disqualified from any ongoing draw and
you will lose all membership privileges, if any of our e-mail
announcements are returned.
- If you change
your E-mail Address, it is your responsibility to update your
membership profile to avoid disqualification and cancellation
of your membership privileges.
- The winners
of any of our raffles or draws must be a current member in good
standings. On the day of the draw, if your name was chosen and
you are no longer a member, then the prize will be forfeited.. Where applicable, the winner MUST
be present at the event where the draw is being held (this does
not apply to the online monthly draw).
- The winner
of any draw or contest must agree to have his or her name and/or
photo published on the web sites of EasySalsa
Dance Co. and Salsa
Viva Productions.
- The online
monthly draws will take place on the first day of each month
and the winner will be notified by e-mail within the 5 day period
following the draw. Draw dates for all other special draws and
contests will be published in the corresponding terms and conditions section of the draw
or contest in question.
- EasySalsa
Dance Co. reserves
the right to make modifications, additions and/or deletions
to these rules, if needed, to ensure fairness to all.
