Step 1 of 3 - Registration Policy |

IMPORTANT
If you haven't
done so already, write down the Course Title and ID number.

If you've already read the registration policy, then proceed to step 2.
If not, then please read it entirely before submitting your registration form.
- Registration is limited to 20 people (10 Leads & 10 Follows) on a first come first serve basis. Once your registration request form has been submitted and processed, a spot will be reserved for you and a confirmation request of your enrollment along with payment options will be e-mailed to you.
- The confirmation request in paragraph 1 above is only a confirmation of your intention to register for a particular class and does not guarantee your spot in that class until such time as the course fee is paid.
- If the class does
not sell out, payment (cash only) can be made on the first day of class.
However, if the class is sold out or is close to selling out and others still wish to
register, then full payment of the course fee will be required
to hold your spot. In other words, if the class is selling out and you have not yet paid, then another student who registers and
pays after you would take
precedence over you. Therefore, it is highly recommended
to register and pay early to avoid the disappointment of
losing your spot and also to take advantage of the "Early
Bird Discount" when applicable.
- If prior
commitment is not possible and space is still available,
you can show up 10 minutes early and register on the first day of
class.
- Payment of the tuition fee can be made by cheque or cash prior to the start date of class. However, payments made on the first day of class must be cash only. At the moment, we do not accept online or credit card payments.
- Early Bird
discounts apply ONLY to
those courses where such a discount is offered and, if
payment is received prior to the cut-off date. Refer
to the "Registration" section of the desired course to
determine if the "Early Bird Discount" applies.
- Except where
noted, a partner is not required for registration as one will
usually be provided for you. However, having your own partner
is recommended for additional practice time between classes.
- We will
do our best to ensure that each class has an even number of
Leads and Follows. However, there will be no guarantees that
this will always be the case.
- We reserve the right to postpone a class to a later date if there are less than 10 registered students or if there is a considerably uneven number of Leads and Follows. In either case, the class will be postponed for 1 or 2 weeks but not more. If the problem is not resolved and the class is cancelled, then the full amount of the fee paid will be refunded.
- Due to cancellation
restrictions imposed by the management of the dance studio,
there will be no refunds for student cancellation within the 7-day period prior to
start date. If a student has already paid and wishes to
cancel his/her enrolment within that 7-day period, a credit
will be applied to the student's account. This credit may
be used for future courses and/or private lessons.
- There will
be no refunds or credits for withdrawals or missed classes after
the course has started as this may result in an uneven number
of Leads and Follows and cause an inconvenience to other students.
In special cases, a credit may be granted only after review
and approval by the management of EasySalsa Dance Co.
- If a partner is provided for you, then everyone, without exception, must switch partners during class. However, if you enrolled with your own partner, then you have the option of switching or dancing exclusively with your partner.
