The Salsa level 1
is definitely the moimest important class to take! We
strongly believe that a solid foundation is a must
if your wish is to become a good dancer. This
class will give you that foundation on which
you can build the required skills needed to be the best you can be on the floor and to proficiently perform the more
complex patterns of our higher levels. It covers
the basic steps, basic turns & pivots (Ochos),
the cross-body lead with strong emphasis on proper leading & following techniques, rhythm recognition and body movement Cuban motion). |

(Cuban motion). After this level, students will possess the skills and the confidence to proceed to the intermediate levels. |

class is the first of our intermediate series. It builds on the material learned in Salsa level
2, covering intermediate arm and turn patterns, cross-body lead combinations with inside and outside turns, double spins and styling and footwork
with emphasis on smooth transitioning and bridging.. Gentlemen you will learn to lead your partner
effectively through these more advanced patterns. Ladies you will learn to follow
any pattern gracefully regardless which style the lead dances or which instructor he learned from. and execute
controlled double spins. |
